Summary

Description

The Wood River Ability Program would like to educate the WOW students as to the ABILITIES of people with disabilities. Our goal is to make a presentation to them at school, which would include adaptive sports equipment and hopefully a Paralympic Athlete.

We would also like them to attend the Paralympic Race that will be taking place on Jan. 30 at the Sun Valley Nordic Center where them can present the athletes with letters of encouragement and possibly help them with small details during the race, for example, watching their warm suits and handing those clothing items to the athletes at the end of the race.
