The classroom will be provided information about the benefits of large wood in and near the river. When left in the river, it creates scour pools which can help lower water temperature, and shelter for fish. When left near the river, large wood promotes faster riparian revegetation. The class will then develop a marketing campaign to distribute the message. The class will determine the target audience, message, media (radio, newspaper, flyers, television, social media, other), and then deliver/distribute it.
